ca22 - update 18 - certified agreement lodged

I am pleased to inform you that today QFES have lodged the proposed Queensland Fire and Emergency Services Certified Agreement 2022 (your CA22) with the QIRC.

QFES have informed me that the QIRC Registry will process the filing and provide a stamped copy to all parties early next week.

What this means is that it is now up to the QIRC Registry to set a date for a Hearing where CA22 will be certified. We are hopeful for a hearing date as soon as possible so that your entitlements (including backpay) can be processed upon certification.

I’ll update you again when I get further details about the scheduling of those payments.
