Award Modernisation

ufuq_moderisation3.png

The state government has legislated to enforce the so called  “modernisation” of the awards which prescribe our minimum conditions of employment.
The process is designed to further water down our employment rights.
Your union will be resisting all attacks on your rights at work through the so called “modernisation” process.
